How Can I Change My Membership Email Address?
If you cannot access your customer panel or want to change your membership email address, please follow the steps below:
- For Individual Customers
To request an email address change, take a selfie with your ID card (where the information on the front side is clearly visible) and attach it to your email. Then send it to both [email protected] and [email protected]
- For Corporate Customers
You can request an email address change by sending a signed and stamped petition on your company’s letterhead, along with the signature circular, to [email protected] or [email protected]
