Backup Policy

Objective

This backup policy has been created to ensure the security of our customers' data, to maintain business continuity and to provide access to backups in special cases within the framework of legal obligations. The policy covers web hosting, WordPress hosting, corporate hosting, managed hosting, cheap hosting, free hosting and reseller hosting services.

1. General Backup Policy

1.1. cPanel Based Hosting

• Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Managed Hosting, Cheap Hosting, Corporate Hosting and Free Hosting:
  • Softaculous - Automatic backups are made for all websites installed with Instant Installs.
  • These backups are stored with a 7-day cycle and our customers can access the backups via cPanel and restore them with a single click.

1.2. WordPress Hosting

• WordPress Hosting:
  • There is a special backup system only for WordPress sites.
  • These backups, which are automatically taken through the CloudPress panel, can be easily restored by customers.
  • The backup cycle is 7 days and is easily accessible to the customer.

1.3. Windows Based Hosting

• Windows Hosting:
  • On Windows-based servers, 7-day automatic backups are made.
  • Backups can be restored when necessary and support is provided to customers in line with their specific requests.

2. Long Term Server Backups

• Central Server Backup:
  • Longer-term backups are made available only in case of disaster, legal requests or official requests of government agencies.
  • These backups are stored encrypted in a secure environment and are accessible only by authorised personnel.

3. Customer Backup Responsibility

• All customers must take regular backups of their own data and store them securely.
• The backup service offered is provided to provide an additional layer of security and recovery is not guaranteed in case of data loss.

4. Backup Retention Periods

• 7-day backups: It is kept open to customer access via cPanel and CloudPress panels.
• Long-term server backups: It is kept in the background in our system, but is only accessible in special cases.

5. Access and Restore

• Customers can access their backups from cPanel and CloudPress panels with a single click and perform the restore process.
• Restore requests for Windows hosting are performed manually by our support team.

6. Data Security

• Backup data is stored in an encrypted environment accessible only to authorised personnel.
• Our systems are regularly audited to ensure the security and integrity of backups.
